The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) partners with ChronosHub to provide a centralized portal in which researchers will manage their publishing activities with IEEE, simplifying the publishing journey through a user-first experience while also optimizing operations.
IEEE will leverage the ChronosHub platform to power their new Publishing Portal. It will seamlessly integrate with existing systems, providing a user-friendly front-end experience that brings IEEE’s portal vision to life.
The IEEE Publishing Portal will serve as a comprehensive gateway for all who participate in publishing activities with IEEE: authors, reviewers, editors, and conference organizers. On logging in, they’ll be met with a tailored dashboard that provides a view of all of their publishing activities and task management features, simplifying the publishing journey from manuscript preparation and submission to final publication. Content will be intelligently routed through the workflow, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all publication types.
According to Dawn Melley, Senior Director, Publishing Operations, IEEE, “We are excited to work with ChronosHub, an organization that has a track record of success in developing best-in-class publishing workflow solutions. They will play a critical role in driving this strategically important project to completion.”
“IEEE is one of the industry’s most respected organizations and we couldn’t be happier that they’ve chosen ChronosHub. By leveraging our Publishing Hub, they can focus on giving users a smooth experience that’s not disrupted by any changes or upgrades to the underlying systems,” says Christian Grubak, Founder and CEO of ChronosHub.
