ACCUCOMS to Promote ISPG in South East Asia

The Independent Scholarly Publishers Group (ISPG) is pleased to announce that it’s expanding the agreement with its Middle East and Latin America representative, ACCUCOMS, to now include South East Asia, including such key countries as: Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

ACCUCOMS has been a worldwide provider of sales and marketing services to academic and professional publishers since 2004 and has been workng closely with ISPG in other areas of the world for the past few years. ACCUCOMS will now offer libraries and researchers in South East Asia access to ISPG’s high-quality content of 34 journals from 15 publishers, choosing from three ISPG collections: The Complete Collection, The Life Sciences Collection and The Medical Collection.

“We’ve been working with ACCUCOMS for several years now,” commented Tom Taylor, Dragonfly Sales and Marketing Consulting President and ISPG Facilitator, “and they have proven their ability to provide proactive ISPG sales representation across very diverse populations, so we’re pleased to expand our agreement with them to include this key area of the world.”

“We’re looking forward to reaching out to the patrons and researchers served by universities, libraries and medical centers in this important area of the world and helping them to access the important ISPG resources,” commented Simon Boisseau, Sales Director at ACCUCOMS. “We are pleased to offer publishers sales representation in South East Asia and will be managing representation from our Singapore location with additional outreach in Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Taiwan, so we can get good coverage throughout the entire region.”
