He brings broad experience to a position where he will advance a product portfolio that helps learners of all types develop the information skills they need to succeed in the 21st Century.

A cross-functional team leader with over 20 years experience in product development, advertising, and e-commerce, John has directed programs across a range of industries including enterprise software, data warehousing, finance, and consumer products. At Arnold Worldwide, he served as Vice President in Account Management, where he led integrated creative, technology and media teams in the implementation of online campaigns for national brands and multi-billion dollar companies. Most recently, John served as president at a web development firm where he oversaw the user experience design and technical architecture of clients’ e-commerce applications, with a focus on optimizing sales conversions and customer renewals. John holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from Skidmore College.
