Wiley Announces Agreement to Acquire Zyante Inc.
John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE:JWa) (NYSE:JWb), a global leader in research and education, announced today it has signed an agreement to acquire Zyante Inc., a leading provider of computer science and STEM education courseware. Under the terms of the agreement, which will close on July 1, 2019, Zyante shareholders will receive $56 million in cash.
