John Wiley and Sons, Inc. today announced that Brian A. Napack has been named its new President and CEO, effective December 4. Mr. Napack succeeds Matthew Kissner, who has served as interim CEO since May of 2017. Mr. Kissner, a 14-year veteran of Wiley’s Board of Directors, will remain as Chairman.
