New open access journal Biophysical Reports invites submissions

Biophysical Reports, the new fully Gold Open Access journal offered by the Biophysical Society (BPS), is now accepting submissions. The newest addition to the BPS’s family of journals will feature short contributions (Letters and Reports) with rapid turnarounds as well as Research Articles and Reviews.

Oxford University Press (OUP) and Jisc, the education and research not-for-profit, have reached a comprehensive ‘Read and Publish’ agreement. The new agreement will provide UK universities with access to OUP’s prestigious journal collection and will allow authors at participating institutions to publish 100% of their original research open access in OUP’s hybrid and fully open access journals.
